In the unlikely event that you receive a book that is physically damaged or has manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement only.

  • Requirement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Proof: A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to verify the damage. Without this video, we will be unable to process a replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Nature of Content

Due to the specific nature of educational content and the "guided practice" design of our books, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "accidental orders," or "personal preference." We encourage all customers to review the product descriptions and sample pages carefully before purchasing.
